Routine

Below is the OMR. To be done in bed each morning. The whole routine takes about 5 minutes. For descriptions of individual movements, please see Movements. Resist the temptation to make it harder. Before adding any movement that targets other weaknesses, determine whether you can reasonably do it every day until you're very old. If not, make it a separate routine. The OMR is for life. Modify it with caution.
